Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases placed through selovyn.com and govern the transaction between the customer and selovyn™.

Product Information

We aim to describe products, kit contents, available variants, materials and images accurately. Small visual differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, production changes or product-specific variation disclosed on the relevant page.

Availability

Products, variants and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items or correct availability information where reasonably necessary.

Prices, Discounts & Order Total

The price, applicable discount, shipping charge, tax and final order total are presented during checkout before payment is submitted.

Payment Methods

selovyn™ supports PayPal, Visa, eligible credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where presented through checkout.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method. Payment providers may perform authorization, verification or security checks before approving a transaction.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, product availability, address information and transaction verification.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once processing, packing or shipment has begun.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment authorization and order review. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For U.S. orders, estimated standard transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed through checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking may be provided after dispatch. If an order is significantly delayed, appears lost, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact customer support with the relevant order details.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 180 days after confirmed delivery, subject to the selovyn™ Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending merchandise back so the correct return instructions can be provided.

Once an eligible refund is approved, selovyn™ generally initiates the approved refund within 5–10 business days. Additional posting time may depend on the payment provider.

Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a duplicate charge, payment error or unresolved refund issue, contact customer support so the available transaction records can be reviewed. This does not limit rights available through a payment provider or applicable law.

Fraud Prevention

Orders may be reviewed where reasonably necessary to help prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions or payment misuse. Where permitted by law, an order may be delayed, declined or cancelled if it cannot reasonably be verified.

Creative Product Use

Customers are responsible for following product-specific instructions and using appropriate care with tools, heat, waxes, adhesives, paints, sharp components or small parts where relevant to the selected project.

Errors & Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors or other mistakes where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on selovyn.com applies from its stated update date.
